Rogiet Crafters: Poppies and Poems

The Rogiet Craft Group, led by Janet Fowler planned an extravagant craft display for the VE Day celebrations.  Unfortunately, circumstances have meant this had to be scaled back, but Janet has managed to make use of her daily walks to adorn benches, fences and trees of Rogiet with knitted, crotcheted and felted poppies.  Alongside some of these Janet has attached pictures and poems provided by the Royal British Legion.  I'm sure you'll agree that the displays are beautiful, and a welcome site on our daily walks.  Thank you Janet and the Rogiet Crafters.
